1500 Mission — Lighting a 39-Story Mixed-Use Tower

1500 Mission is a 39-story mixed-use tower in the heart of San Francisco — civic offices, retail, and homes in one landmark building. The lighting had to work across very different spaces, from public lobbies to workplace floors to residences, while keeping one clean, modern look from street to skyline.

We helped shape the lighting and controls package: architectural fixtures selected line by line, light layered for each space, and controls tuned for energy code and everyday use. The result is a tower that reads sharp by day and warm by night.
